Oddberries is based in London. These terms cover the Oddberries portfolio website and its enquiry form. They do not replace a project proposal, service agreement or other written contract agreed with a client.

This website introduces our design, development and support work. Project examples show selected aspects of that work and may include earlier versions of a client’s website. Client websites can change after a project is completed.
2. Project enquiries
You can use the contact form to discuss a project or ask a question. Sending a message does not create a contract, reserve availability or confirm a price. Scope, fees, timing and deliverables are agreed separately before work begins.
3. Images, artwork and ownership
The site includes Oddberries material and work belonging to clients, collaborators and other rights holders. Portfolio presentation does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reuse a brand, image, animation, design or piece of code.
