Terms and Conditions for Oddberries’

Token Support System

Welcome to Oddberries’ Token Support System. Before purchasing and using a support token, please read these terms and conditions carefully. By acquiring a support token, you agree to abide by the following:

1. Definition of Support Token:

A support token is a pre-paid voucher representing a minimum charge for one hour of dedicated support or assistance related to web development and graphic design services provided by Oddberries. Regardless of whether the entire hour is utilised, the one-hour duration is the baseline charge.

2. Validity:

Each purchased support token is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused tokens after this period will be forfeited without refund or compensation.

3. Scope of Support:

A support token covers technical assistance, minor adjustments, updates, and other related services that fall within one hour of work. More extensive tasks or issues requiring prolonged engagement will be assessed and billed separately.

4. Billing for Extended Support:

If a task takes longer than one hour, the client will be billed for the additional time at the end of the monthly cycle. A detailed quotation will be provided to the client after the initial assessment of the requested issue.

5. Refunds:

Purchased support tokens are non-refundable but are transferable upon written request and approval by Oddberries.

6. No Guarantee:

While Oddberries strives to resolve all issues efficiently, purchasing a support token does not guarantee a resolution to every problem due to the variable nature of technical issues.

7. Changes to the Token System:

Oddberries reserves the right to change the price of the support token, its validity period, or these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated on our official website.

8. Data Protection:

Any information provided by clients during the token purchase process will be treated with confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law.

9. Indemnity:

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Oddberries from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, or expenses that arise from:

• Your use and access to the Token Support System;
• Your violation of any term of these Terms and Conditions;
• Your violation of any third-party right.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction:
