Before we begin
We review monthly visits, peak simultaneous connections and your website’s features before confirming the plan and price. For ecommerce, we also assess the catalogue, product variations, orders and checkout demand. Hosting is priced per website; page count alone does not determine the plan.
We review the extra demand together and agree any change to the plan or price before it takes effect. Traffic peaks and busy checkout periods need their own assessment; the monthly guide does not promise a fixed number of simultaneous users.
Content changes and designer development are separate services. Website support and designer plans have their own allowances.
Domain registration, mailboxes, major migrations and new integrations are discussed and quoted separately.
